Should we pray specifically to the Holy Spirit?

We do not see any examples of this in scripture nor do we see a prohibition on praying to the Spirit. Jesus taught us to pray to the Father (Matt 6:9) and we are taught to pray in the Spirit (Eph 6:18). As a member of The Trinity, it is acceptable to pray to The Spirit, recognizing that you are praying to the One God. It could be argued that the reason we see no examples or specific commands in the Scriptures to pray to The Holy Spirit, is that He inspired the scriptures to be written, and He does not bear witness to Himself, but to The Son.
